Scope:

  • Excavations of 400m2 of existing concrete floor within train maintenance yard and pour new 50mpa reinforced concrete.
  • Installation of structural steel to carriage inspection and maintenance pits in order to reinforce structural integrity of the void for forklift movement over the top
  • Façade rectification works including window restoration, corroded fixing removal and localised repointing works.
