ABOUT COMPANY

The Delta Story

Dean founded DeltaCorp Remedial in 2021. His knowledge of the remedial industry and understanding of our customers’ needs has been instrumental to DeltaCorp. In his role as Managing Director, Dean applies his energy towards organisational leadership, strategic planning and maintaining a strong repeat client base.

Dean has extensive experience with over a decade in the remedial industry and business management. Dean has a strong combination of strategic, analytical, and economic capabilities to assist in DeltaCorp’s continued growth.

Managing Director

Dean Luland

DeltaCorp’s founding director has 10 years industry experience in the highly specialised field of structural building remediation. He has formed in-depth knowledge of Australian building methods, expertise on material compatibility and degradation, and subsequent rectification methods.

Dean has built a reputable organisation trusted outwards by owners, remedial engineers, consultants and, internally, respected for its fairness and collaborative work environment.

Dean applies his energy towards organisational leadership, strategic planning and maintaining a strong repeat client base.

Financial Controller

Lauren Reynolds

Lauren is a Organized Office Manager with astrong ability to manage office functions and direct administrative personnel to meet needs of executives. Performance-oriented and driven with in-depth understanding of budgets, payroll, customer service and office organization needs.

PROJECT MANAGER​

Troy Chapman

Accomplished Project Manager with a key role in the planning, organization and control of projects. Uses human resource knowledge to coach, train, assign and discipline while applying construction experiences into monitoring, recommending and managing actions, and ensuring adherence to procedures and policies.

Tareq Mufuddi

Tareq has a background in Mechatronics Engineering and International Business & Management. He has over 12 years experience managing numerous small to large scale projects for several multinational firms in the construction industry. Tareq’s main strengths are in his strong focus on professionalism and commitment to doing the best job possible.

Estimator

Ash Jaiswal

Aashish is a qualified civil engineer and holds a masters degree in construction management with over 4 years of experience in Quantity Surveying. worked on numerous projects for global companies in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, USA, India, and Australia and has a track record of successfully completing projects in challenging, cross-disciplinary situations. Proficient at setting realistic deadlines, estimating project duration, and identifying and implementing cost-effective remedies. Ensure accurate budgeting and planning and supports the robust control of projects throughout their lifecycle.

Estimator

Shaya Prabhakaren

Shaya Prabhakaran is a Civil Engineer with 4 years of experience in managing and execution of various construction projects and takes pride to have worked for the Indian Space Research Organisation. She also holds a Master’s Degree in Urban Design from the University of Sydney. Her exposure and experience as a Site Engineer, Project Manager, Urban Designer and an Estimator has greatly contributed to her ability to work on complex remedial construction projects.

Michael McGuire

Michael completed Apprenticeship and obtained Bricklayers Licence in 1994. Started his own company in 1995 and successfully undertook Cert IV in 2011 and obtained a builders licence the same year. In his 34 years experience he have undertaken a diverse range of projects both commercial and private. Over the years, this includes small and large projects with a snapshot being construction of retirement villages, low to medium high rise, renovations, remedial works and high profile projects with Stevens Constructions and North Constructions. An even higher profile project was a project for the Packer Family on their exclusive Elliston estate and golf course. Over the 34 years he had sole responsibility for all the aspects of managing a business and recruiting and supervising teams of up to 30 and he is really passionate about his work!

Site Supervisor

Jake Thomason

An outgoing, ambitious, and confident individual whose passion for supervision and commitment to improving the site within areas of direct responsibility is equally matched by his experience in site supervision & business owner. For the last six years Jake has been working as a site supervisor liaising closely with the project manager, architects and clients. In this role he has gained an in-depth understanding of how to work as part of a team and be adaptable and flexible to the requirements of a site operation. One of his main duties include problem solving providing feedback and maintaining excellent communication within the various site teams.

Joe Cooper

Joe is a qualified Bricklayer from England who has over 12 years of experience in Bricklaying and the Construction industry. For the last five years, he has specialised in remedial work and restoration around the Sydney area. He is results driven, deadline focused and committed to delivering high quality work for all of Delta’s customers.

David Kelly

Starting his full time career in the building industry in 2011 David is experienced in all aspects of brickwork and has worked his way up to site supervisor. David’s experience is often relied upon by his clients and fellow colleagues. David is always looking for new ways to expand and improve his knowledge and skill and to stay up to date with the ever changing building code to ensure he gives all his clients the highest quality finish.
