Blog: Broughton House consists of an existing 6-storey building with an additional 2-storeys constructed only a few years later.
The existing 6th storey parapet is constructed using steel and concrete.
Our team has worked hard over multiple moths with the client to uncover the severely deteriorated concrete from this 6th story parapet and with each investigation, we found more honeycombed concrete which, in parts, can be removed with your fingers.
