DeltaCorp Remedial is a licensed and insured remedial building company, ISO Certified (Environment, Quality, OH&S). We specialise in remediation of heritage & strata buildings as well as education, government and defence projects.
As of July 2022, we are officially recognised as a registered Class 2 building practitioner, reaffirming our expertise in delivering exceptional projects across various construction types.
Moreover, in light of recent changes in legislation, we are proud to inform you that DeltaCorp has achieved additional registrations as both Class 3 and 9c building practitioners. This expansion allows us to offer our services in constructing buildings that cater to the long-term or transient living needs of unrelated individuals, such as boarding houses, guest houses, hostels, and backpackers, as well as aged care facilities that provide personal care services.
