When we prepare your quote, we consider:

Waterproofing and Membranes FAQs
It depends on where the waterproofing has failed and how the area was built. In some cases we can carry out targeted remedial works; in others, removing tiles and reinstating the waterproofing system is the only reliable solution. We’ll explain your options and the pros and cons of each.
In some situations, compatible waterproofing systems can be installed over existing tiles, provided preparation and detailing are done correctly. In other situations, tiles need to be removed. We’ll assess the condition of the existing surface and recommend the most appropriate approach.
Timeframes vary with the size of the area, the system used and curing times. Smaller bathroom or balcony works may be completed over several days, while larger roofs or podiums take longer. We’ll provide an indicative program and explain how long areas need to stay off-limits.
In most cases, occupants can remain in the building while waterproofing works are carried out. We plan noisy or disruptive tasks, access routes and temporary exclusions to minimise impact and maintain safety.
Yes. We can provide scopes, photos and completion documentation to support insurance claims or strata committee decisions, and coordinate with other consultants where required.
